Ideas for reusing your Easter eggs

Easter eggs are not just for Easter egg hunts, they can be used in a variety of fun ways all year round!
Here are some creative and fun ways to use Easter eggs:
1. As seed starters - Cut the top off an eggshell, clean it thoroughly, fill it with soil, add a seed and place it in a tray with other eggshells. Once the seedlings are ready, plant the eggshell directly into the soil.
 2. As a colorful centerpiece - Fill a glass jar or vase with colorful Easter eggs and place it on the dining table or mantel. It will add a festive touch and be a great conversation starter.
 3. As a learning tool - Write letters, numbers, or shapes on each half of the egg and ask your child to match them up. You can also fill them with small objects and play a guessing game.
 4. As a craft project - Use a hot glue gun and attach Easter eggs to a wreath, garland or make your own DIY Easter basket.
 5. As a special treat - Fill the eggs with small toys, candy, or other special surprises as a fun gift for family and friends.
 6. As a paint palette - Pour different colors of paint into the egg carton, and use the compartments to hold paintbrushes.
 7. As a sensory bin - Fill a bin with Easter grass, plastic eggs or other small items, and let your child explore and play.
Easter eggs can be used for so many creative and fun activities that go beyond the traditional Easter egg hunt. Be sure to save some of your plastic eggs for year-round use!
